This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools and does not embed third-party content. Fonts are served locally from our own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts or similar services.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by united-domains AG, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. Log data is deleted automatically after the retention period set by the provider.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details (name, company, contact data, content of your inquiry and any attached photos or drawings) in order to handle your inquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). We delete the data once it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to the contact details above is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
